Hour and a half at the gym today
so sore, i tried some different things and i’m already hurting, it’s so worth it though, every time i got tired or wanted to give up i just thought about my measurements yesterday and how my thighs are down to 12inches from 20inches!!! ahh still so happy, and motivated, planning on spending two hours at the gym tomorrow :)

Just Re Did My Measurements!!
Sooooo i’m down to 12 inches in my thighs!!!! They were 20 inches to start with so i’m proud, the rest of my measurements are the same but that doesn’t surprise me because I just started my workout/diet back up two weeks ago. This seriously motivates me tons :) Yay so happy

down 5lbs!
now obviously that’s not a lot but i was dealing with some issues which messed up my whole diet/exercise plan, but i’m still proud! officially 125lbs, which is 5lbs closer to my ugw!!

two hours at the gym today :)
Did the elliptical for 20min, the treadmill for almost 20min, the bike for 15min and I had the trainer at the gym set up a system for me and I did ten reps of everything (arms, inner thighs, arms, back, abs). Going again tomorrow !!
