Long Time No Talk

Hello!

I had to quit my diet and exercise plan due to some family/school issues :( I’ll be starting back up this Saturday, I got my new gym membership for Christmas so i’ll start using that! I’ll also start my new diet plan, which will be different from last time, I got a blender for Christmas so i’ll be able to make smoothies and all that fun stuff, i’ll also be eating more organic, I need to get to my goal weight by June. No if, buts or maybes. Nothing’s going to get in my way this time, i’ll be posting meal plans, daily calorie intake and daily exercise starting Saturday! 

Oh and i’ll be posting more recent pictures of myself! 

It’s been a while…

Okay, so failing miserably. I’ve eaten so much in the last 3 days. Monday was Halloween, Tuesday wasn’t bad then last night I went to the movies… (icecream…popcorn…coke..) and on top of all the bad eating i’ve done 0 exercise, and it’s all because of some stupid boy. Me and my emotional eating.

I’m so mad at myself, like whats wrong with me. This is gonna change though, tomorrow’s a new day. Just because I messed up the last couple days doesn’t mean i’m gonna quit. So anyways tomorrow i’m back on the healthy eating/exercising plan. I’m not going to eat a lot tmmr either, my body needs to get back to being used to not eating a whole lot. I guess i’ll let you know how my day goes tmmr, pray for me. 

NEED TO BE SKINNY.

So this weekends Halloween and there’s gonna be so much junk food everywhere. I seriously can’t do it.

Day 2!!

So happy right now, i’ve made it through my 2nd day, farthest i’ve ever gotten hahaha

Anyway, i’m working out atm, and my legs are shaking (good sign)

I’m gonna work a bit more on my tummy then gonna go for a run on the boardwalk.

Today I ate

breakfast: bit of oatmeal, water & green tea

snack: 3 slices of cheese

lunch: cucumbers & apples

my mom picked me up after school so we stop by a juice place and I got a mediterranean wrap (I was only gonna eat half of it but I was hungry so I ate the whole thing) which just means I’m not gonna eat supper tonight.

oh and I’m so proud of myself! My sister got mcdonalds and asked me if I wanted anything and I said no! She ate hers and I drank my water. SO PROUD. hahaha

First Day Of New Diet!

So today was the first day of my diet/exercise plan.

The diet part was rather hard but I made it through the day!

Breakfast: broccoli, red peppers, green tea & water

Lunch: half of a mediterranean wrap.

Snack: red peppers and a chocolate luna bar (bad sar)

Supper: salad with green and red peppers, cucumbers, apples, onions, & no dressing. I also had some green tea.

I’m about to do some exercises then go for a run!

Eating Plan.

So i’ve decided what I have to eliminate out of my diet and what I am aloud to eat from now on.

basically no carbs or sugars.

As for what I will eat:

breakfast: water, green tea, oatmeal (only carb i’m aloud for the day)

lunch: nothing or fruits & veggies 

supper: salad (no dressing)

snacks: carrots/green peppers/apples & green tea

Hey Guys!

First off’s my name is Sara, i’m 15 and this is going to be my weightloss blog.

Basically it’s gonna give me motivation to get to my goal weight and tone. I’m going to be posting pictures of things/people/models that will inspire me along with pictures of me and my progress, every two weeks or so i’ll be taking updated pictures and adding them to this blog along with what weight Iam at that point! 

I’m also gonna treat myself when I get to my goal weight (which is in the sidebar, along with my current pictures/measurements/weight). I haven’t decided what i’m gonna treat myself with yet but when I do i’ll be sure to post it in the sidebar! If you have any questions I do have a question box, so feel free to ask away!
