Long Time No Talk

Hello!

I had to quit my diet and exercise plan due to some family/school issues :( I’ll be starting back up this Saturday, I got my new gym membership for Christmas so i’ll start using that! I’ll also start my new diet plan, which will be different from last time, I got a blender for Christmas so i’ll be able to make smoothies and all that fun stuff, i’ll also be eating more organic, I need to get to my goal weight by June. No if, buts or maybes. Nothing’s going to get in my way this time, i’ll be posting meal plans, daily calorie intake and daily exercise starting Saturday! 

Oh and i’ll be posting more recent pictures of myself! 

Skinny Clothes

Ugh, I just went through my closet and tried stuff on… I look disgusting in most of it. I put two things and hung them on the back of my door, ones a black lace body suit that’s see through. The other thing is a grey slouchy shirt with no back, I can’t wear either of them till i’m thin. So I put them on them back of my door to motivate me.

Okay, another post tonight, i’m trying to plan out my day tmmr so I don’t let myself do what I did the last couple days…

I’ll get my mom to drive and get me two containers of fruit tmmr morning, & i’ll fill up my water bottle with ice cold water. That’s all I shall eat. If i’m really hungry i’ll have a small salad with a bunch of different vegetables. That’s it tho, and for exercise i’ll do my normal workout :

100 jumping jacks

10 push ups

40 crunches

30 bicycle 

30 squats

20 straight butt lifts

10 push ups

30 crunches

100 leg lifts (each side)

50 scissor kicks

30 leg lifts with water bottle

15 side ups (each side)

50 russian twists

15 side crunches (each side)

50 hover planks

20 jumping jacks

20 bicycle 

10 straight butt lifts

10 leg lifts with water bottle

then hopefully go for a run on the boardwalk if it’s not to cold!

Did so bad today… so mad at myself.

I was doing perfect until supper, I had 2 cups of green tea and a bit of yogurt for breakfast, a greek salad for lunch then since it was one of my best friends birthday I went to supper with her and her fam (after 6) & I got a buffalo ranch burger with fries and gravy on the side… After 6!!! All I did for exercise was a little p90x ab ripper and a very short run.

so mad at myself, i’m gonna eat next to nothing tmmr and work out until I can’t walk.
